c. 1955 made by Wall-Feld Lynbrook, Long Island. 2-1/8x5.75x5.75” tall die-cut thin cardboard box with graphics on front showing smiling boy brushing his teeth has die-cut window designed like a house holding 2 toothbrushes. Contains die-cut thin cardboard insert holding 1x4x3.25” tall molded plastic box designed like brick house with low relief images of little boy and little girl and die-cut window in center revealing metal chime-like mechanism inside that plays Swiss music when you pull the string in the back. Front has Davy Crockett name and image of him. Box has directions on back for use. Music box plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Box has lt. aging with tiny bit of wear at corner tips. VF. Toothbrush holder/music box is Exc. Nicely designed. First we’ve seen in 44+ years. Scarce.
