All 1930s. Includes 3 figures, each 3.5” tall c. Each has similar design with Popeye holding pipe in right hand with left hand on his belt. Fourth item is 6-3/8” tall rattle with nice design of Popeye seated in life preserver smoking his pipe with anchor image at bottom. All 4 were made in Japan. Fifth item is 4.75” tall roly-poly with weighted bottom. Popeye has pipe in mouth with right hand in pocket and left hand on hip. Unsure if manufactured in Japan or Germany. Figures have a few shallow dents here and there, most noticeable on rattle. Fine/VF. Hand-painted and nicely designed. Four figures stand well.
