Item Description
2-1/8x2.5x.5" thick hinged lid gold metal compact with silver metal inlay with monogrammed "L" at center surrounded by painted floral accents. Compact opens and still has original puff and makeup. Segmented chain and fob ring. Lt. wear from use but Exc. Personally owned by the highest-paid star in Hollywood in the late 1930s whose career was later cut short by her untimely death in a plane crash. Comes with Hake's COA and letter of authenticity from Elaine Barrie Barrymore, the wife of John Barrymore.
