2x2.5” tall with working clicker on the reverse which when activated moves his arm holding beer mug to his mouth. No maker’s name but likely of German origin and c. 1920s. Painted surface is a little rough with near microscopic blistering of the paint but paint remains largely intact with just a small dot off his one eyebrow and a little lighter color over the lower 2 words of text. His right hand is depicted holding a cigar. Only example we’ve seen.
