1950s. 5.25x16.25x6.5” deep die-cut cardboard box has nice graphics on 4 sides and lid showing fire boat. Top of lid has fireman saying “Man Those Water Guns…Full Speed Ahead.” Front panel lists functions including turn crank siren screams, float in water turn crank 2 water guns actually shoot streams of water, removable lifeboat with working davit, a pull toy on land. Ideal #4714. Box has trace of lt. aging and dust soil, lid top has 5” crease at left corner. Fine. Plastic boat is 6.25” tall, 14.75” long. Titled “Fire Fighter” on both sides of bow. Boat has intake opening on bottom that draws water up and out water guns when crank is turned. Missing one life preserver, o/w complete. Tiny trace of wear, o/w VF/Exc.
