2.75" dia. by 4.5" tall clear glass tumbler finished in blue/yellow paint. Figure on each side plus character name to right. Bottom perimeter has 1929-1933 copyright for King Features Syndicate. Early and Exc. picturing one of less-common Popeye characters.
