4x5.5” book #9 by Dell Publishing Co. ©1941 Chester Gould. Contents are bw with story illustration on every other page, different full color illustrations on front and back covers, classic image of Dick Tracy with Tommy gun on front cover. Very st. concave warp, top back spine edge has .25” re-glued hairline tear and front cover has 1/16” indent by corner of Tracy’s mouth but this is barely visible. Overall much above average example, still a tight, clean and solid VF copy.
