Item Description
3.5” with black cardboard back and horizontal bar pin plus name of Chicago maker “Cruver.” Button has scene of winner crossing finish line with the word “Official” printed above. Center bears the title “Working Press.” Text below “All American And International Soap Box Derby 1936.” Three or 4 extremely faint and small slighty off-color marks on the white center panel but hardly noticeable and all else is totally clean with high gloss. A very early button for this event and a very limited issue to the news media. Rare.
