1.75” showing 16 men (same as previous item) all lined up for their photo with text above “W.H.&L. No. 2.” While we don’t know the town name, likely the H.&L. stands for Hook & Ladder. Reverse has rarely seen backpaper from New York firm “Pioneer Man’fg Co.” Essentially Mint. Rare.
