Item Description
4x7x12" molded composition case in shape of log cabin. 4x5" window has interior light w/on-off switch in back and molded plastic or composition figure of Davy w/rifle on horseback rocking back and forth in front of bear which is standing on hind legs. Red decal at top of window reads "Davy Crockett." Black decals at bottom of window show images and read "Creek Indian/Congress/The Alamo." 3" dia. domed clock face has original hands and 2" dia. desert scene w/rising sun in gold luster. Back of clock has original panel reading "Davy Crockett Electric Clock Model #20" and paragraph of "The Tennessee Frontiersman." Bottom reads "Haddon Products Inc., Chicago, Illinois." Back reads ""Another Haddon Action Original." Original cord and plug. Domed glass clock cover is loose but intact. Crockett scene lights and moves. c. mid-1955 or earlier. Rare. Our last example of this impressive clock brought $940.
