Item Description
2.75x4.25” folded card opens to 4.25x8.25”. This Liverpool club, which opened in 1957, became famous as the home base of The Beatles, who made nearly 300 appearances there between 1961-1963. Front of card/folder has “The Cavern” pennant image which has additional text of “Liverpool” and “Home Of The Mersey Beat.” This was a junior membership card (girl). Card #1873 remains unused and was for girls aged 13-16. Has expiration date of 12/31/1964. Two .25” areas of surface paper lift to middle of fold line. Lt. aging but VF overall.
