Item Description
35.5x119” stone lithographed weatherproof muslin banner by Morgan Litho Co. for 1931 Mascot western serial starring Tom Tyler. Brass grommets at margins as made for hanging at theaters. Striking western visuals show Tyler with guns drawn protecting woman at left from advancing Phantom posse on horseback approaching from right. Ten-chapter serial was directed by Ross Lederman. Banner has been folded and shows wear along fold lines with .5” tear at bottom right of center. VG. Scarce.
