Item Description
First is 2.5” tall card inscribed “Victory Pin.” This holds a Mint luster 1935 Lincoln penny which has had a “V” for victory embossed into its surface and then accented by enamel paint. In addition, a link holds a second penny but this time showing the reverse side and stamped into a shape more or less resembling a military helmet. Lt. creases on the card but the pin itself is essentially Mint. Second item is 3.5” tall card holding 1.25” button reading “Stars And Stripes Forever!” The card itself instructs one to “Wear Old Glory And Thank God You Are An American.” Below is the Pledge of Allegiance concluded by “Distributed By A World War Veteran/I Thank You.” Trivial age on the card.
