6.5” tall tin litho c. 1900. Germany. Has concentric wheels that move toy forward with up and down motion as upper torso moves back and forth. Scattered lt. wear with paint chipping on tip of umbrella, base of skirt and crook of arm. Paint overall Fine/VF. Working. Has built-in key on left side. Nice detail.
