8" tall wood with paper labels. Toy #494 introduced in 1939 and made for just 2 years. He is depicted riding a donkey and rings the bell as it is pulled along. Lt. paper rippling on one side. Donkey on same side has a few lt. spots. Missing original pull string. Fine. Working. Bright color and great design.
