Item Description
5.75” tall painted cast metal classic image of full figure smiling Mickey with hands in shorts atop 5” dia., 3.25” tall walnut base with felt on underside. Right shoe is stamped “W.D.P.” No name plaque, unknown who this was originally presented to. A few tiny dots of discoloration on left ear and one tiny dot on right button on shorts. Right side of base has a few tiny scuffs. Near Exc. appearance. When Walt Disney got an Oscar for a cartoon or film, he gave these in-house awards to animators and others who he thought contributed to its success. A classic Disney collectible with extremely limited distribution. Great for display.
