Item Description
15/16” tall embossed depiction of The Kid with the text on his nightshirt but visible only on close inspection. He seems to be holding numerous newspapers under one arm and an additional paper in one hand, perhaps intended to promote his comic strip in the Sunday newspaper. Reverse has 1” vertical pin. c. 1896. Still with some luster. Only our second seen.
