Item Description
Each piece stands about .75” tall. The Mickeys on the reverse have a small circular metal plate holding a vertical pin although with its point positioned upwards rather than downwards. Minnie has the same type of pin but it is soldered to the reverse and there is no circular plate as on the other 2. It does appear the piece was made this way rather than having been re-soldered. In our photo, both Mickeys are identical except one has black pants and the other red. Minnie, who is in yellow enamel as opposed to the Mickeys in green, has a red dress with bright yellow shoes matching the top of the piece and with her lower body and legs in green enamel. Near microscopic hairline of yellow enamel off her curved tail but o/w all 3 pieces are essentially Mint as made. Most likely European origin and from the mid to early 1930s. Only examples we’ve seen.
