Figure is .75” tall posed with one arm extended and one hand holding a pointed hat. Overall the piece is 2.25” tall. As typical, no Palmer Cox name or copyright but the piece is likely licensed and c. 1896. Some tiny craze lines on the vest area of the figure but really showing only microscopically. Displays Mint.
