Item Description
4.5” tall with metal case. From 1934 and introduced a year after the square case clocks by Ingersoll produced in 1933. (See items #2474-2475). Although the models from 1933 sold well, they realized a mistake was made, the clocks were not made with alarms. Thus, in 1934 they introduced this animated alarm clock designed with separate head for Mickey which nods as seconds tick and hands point at the numerals. Variety with matching green color case to the 1933 models. Case has moderate scattered wear with paint nicks and trace of aging. Trace of luster wear to front rim. Case Fine, clock face clean and with deep rich color, Exc. Running. From the Michael J. Stern Collection.
