9-1/8x12” wooden plaque with 7.5x10.5” brass faceplate has been engraved “Breakout Award Presented By Columbia Records To Chuck Gregory – San Francisco – For Outstanding Performance On Subterranean Homesick Blues By Bob Dylan - March 1965.” Gregory was Columbia Records’ Northern California Public Relations Representative and received this award for his work to promote this classic song which appeared on Dylan’s controversial half-electric, half-acoustic 1965 album “Bringing It All Back Home.” Lt. wear but Exc. overall.
