Item Description
8x13” Bristol Corporation Entertainment’s “Timothy-Colston Hall Hiring Agreement” between Bob Dylan’s management and The Lord Mayor Alderman and Burgesses of the City of Bristol for May 10, 1966 Bob Dylan concert. This was part of Dylan’s World Tour of Australia and Europe during the spring of 1966. Each show was split into 2 parts with Dylan performing solo with acoustic guitar and harmonica followed up with second part of show when he was backed by The Hawks, playing electric music. Last page of contract has typed fees for “Musicians’ Union” with paste-over date of Apr. 1, 1966 and notation of Dylan receiving 75£ as a “rental charge” on May 10, 1966. This page has also been signed by Dylan’s manager and the “Hirer.” Vertical fold at center with handling wear and pinch creases along spine. Staples have some rust soiling and bottom staple is slightly pulled. Fine. Comes with letter of authenticity.
