King, Burt Poole, Sarka, and Buck. Last several pages feature several posters per page. Issued by Capps Publicity Committee of the Liberty Loan Committee of New England for the Third Liberty Loan. 1918. Covers have some dust soil, covers and inside pgs. have some lt. creasing, front cover and first few pgs. have lt. moisture at blank area of bottom right. Overall Fine. Nicely done.
