Ribbon has trace wear. Fine. Badge is Exc. The National Air Races began in 1920 with the first Pulitzer Trophy race and were first held at the Cleveland Airport in 1929. Participants included Charles Lindbergh, Roscoe Turner, and Amelia Earhart. With the exception of 1930, 1933, 1936 and the war years of 1940-45 the races were held in Cleveland until 1948. Badge with ribbon is first we've seen in our 45 years.
