c. 1927. 29.75x43.5" with 28x40.5" poster in center. Has wonderful art image of 100 different clowns' heads w/many wearing various unusual hats including Keystone Cop, flower pot, wash line, sailboat, jockey, bi-plane, tea pot, pot lid, etc. Text across bottom "Special Congress Of Clowns Gathered This Year From Every Country On Earth". A few lt. creases just barely noticeable to touch o/w bright and Exc. appearance. Incredible design especially considering that all clowns are required to wear different makeup.
