Item Description
Same size as previous item, 2-3/8x4" but with gold border and reverse text matches previous item. In addition front of card reads "Allen (Patent Applied For) Artist." Moderate tan marks over the mount. Clean images on .75" tall photos. Likely issued just after April 1865 Lincoln assassination. Johnson had no V.P. so his Secretary of State is shown. VG.
