Item Description
4x4x10" cardboard box contains 2-7/8x3x8.5" ceramic container made by Japanese company Lego © National Periodical Publications Inc. in 1966. Ceramic dish w/lid is shaped like the Batmobile from the comic book "Batman" w/him seated in cockpit. Tail fins have text "Batmobile" on each, bat symbol is on each door and Bat Battering Ram is on hood. Dish could be used as a container for coins, candy, etc. This is not the TV show Batmobile but the one as seen in the DC comic. Box has lt. wear and aging, pair of .25" holes to top flap. Container is Mint as issued. This great figural piece is scarce w/box.
