Item Description
3.75x6" dated 9-35 on front cover with signature of artist Zilch. Nice front cover art with Mae West shocking Popeye with sexual statement. Storyline has Mae West going down to waterfront and getting involved with Wimpy and then Popeye. She wears Popeye out so he eats 26 pounds of spinach and then wears her out and takes her to a taxi. Covers have some dust soil and handling creases. Last two pages have a few ink marks from printing press though story is totally clear. Faint 3/4" moisture mark at top edge of front cover. Overall Fine/VF. Extremely well drawn and funny. Scarce.
