Second is 8.5x11" "Democratic Victory Dinner March Fourth 1937/Mayflower Hotel Washington, D.C." Interesting to note that this date would have been FDR's second inauguration had it not been for the Constitutional change to January 20 as Inauguration Day. High quality printing with detailed Jugate cover of Roosevelt and Garner. Full page cartoon by Enright depicts the foiled mortgage lender due to the arrival of "Victory Dinner Campaign Fund Rescuing Miss Democracy From Foreclosure." FDR was the keynote speaker.
