13.75x17". Cardboard. Text at top reads "Franklin D. Roosevelt: 'The United Nations Are Going To Win This War' August 22, 1942." Text at bottom margin reads "Made in U.S.A./Copyright 1942 by Demosthenes Scourboutis." Back has five 1x5" clear tape reinforcements. 6" long crease extents from right margin through British flag. 4" crease appears along upper left edge not affecting FDR image. 2" long crease along right center edge in blue background. Despite defects, colors remain bright. Interesting, early war years item showing leaders with U.N. reference. Displays Fine.
