Description includes date of birth/height/weight/scars and marks/social security number, etc. The "Caution" line specifies his alleged crime as: ..."Wanted In Connection With The October 23, 1998, Shooting Death Of A Doctor Who Provided Legal Abortions In Western New York State" and includes "Considered Armed And Extremely Dangerous." A reward of $50,000 was being offered for his arrest. Issued May of 1999. Three pin holes at top margin. N. Mint.
