Item Description
7x7.75" dated 1955 with incised text at top "American Cartoon" and his name incised on underside. Painted plaster with recessed back to hold string ball and hole in mouth for string. Has hanging loop at top for display. 3/4 profile view. We offered another one in Auction 193, but that one was dated 1954 and the top of his hat was painted white. Trace of lt. dust soil with a few pin point dots of missing color. Overall VF. Bright color and great design.
