Item Description
c. 1898. 8.75" wide 10.25" tall overall gold painted cast iron with high relief image of battleship Maine, Admiral Dewey, eagle and flags of U.S. & Cuba. Clock maker unknown but winds and works. Paper label of dial has 1.25x1.5" stain around base of shaft that holds hands. Not offensive. Fine overall. Great design and nice detail.
