Item Description
22x28" thin cardboard printed by Keller Bros. & Miller Buffalo, N.Y. Promotes film released in 1943 for showing at 20th Century Theater on January 27, 1944. Poster has classic 9x12.75" photo of Weissmuller as Tarzan at upper left about to draw knife. Text at bottom also promotes "Adventures Of A Rookie" film which was also released in 1943. Poster has some dust soil and is lightly but evenly tanned. Lower left has 4.25x9" wide moisture mark with 1" piece gone at lower left corner tip. Bottom margin edge has small tear and lower right corner tip has 1x2" moisture mark. Poster overall VG, image area has a few edge bumps and two small scuffs but displays Fine. First we've seen of this style poster for this Tarzan film.
