Item Description
Late 1890s. Figure is 11" tall overall with hand painted bisque head showing him smiling mounted on wooden scissors-style extending frame. Head and framework are Exc. Cloth body shows some aging with a few holes and cloth separation on front and some dust soil. Cloth body is VG. Rare. Working and great for display.
