Story art throughout is bw whereas on the American Blue Ribbon version, same art is black/pale yellow. Nice cover art features Babes on front and King Neptune on back. First blank page has inked inscription. Contents have scattered lt. aging but for the most part pages are still bright and clean. A few small and neat repairs to pop-up fold splits. Pop-ups themselves still display cleanly w/intense bright color. Typical cover wear but still glossy and with great color. A solid, Fine copy. Scarce.
