Item Description
c. 1950s made by U.S. Metal Toy Mfg. Co. 3x4x8.5" wide thin cardboard box has nice graphics on four sides including crowd watching circus parade and art image of toy inside which has pair of horses pulling ornate cage with lion inside. Contains 4.-1/8" long tin litho bank designed like wagon with snarling lion inside along with tiger on one side, chimpanzee on back side and tiger on other side. Has plastic wheels and front has pair of plastic horses and hitch. Box has a bit of lt. dust soil most noticeable on one side and one end flap, end flap with laughing clown image has tiny tear at top seam. Box still bright and Fine/VF. Bank has barely noticeable shallow dent in .5" area on one side otherwise unused and N. Mint. Superb graphics throughout. Old store stock.
