Item Description
Early 1900s. Made in USA by Gibbs Toys. "Pat. Pend." marked on pivot area. 7" wide, 6.5" tall overall with hand painted tin figures attached to wire rod which goes around center attachment allowing figures to move up and down freely. Has original wooden platform. Shows typical wear to painted tin figures, about 75% remains. VG.
