Item Description
Made in Germany c. 1900s. 6" tall tin litho figure with built-in key on side and wheels next to feet pushing 4" dia. double hoop. Maker unknown. Nicely painted. Most paint remains and is stabilized. No flaking. Top of head has .5" long 1/8" wide separation where neck crimping meets cap. Inside of hoops have nice copper finish which remains Fine. Working. Nice early clown toy.
