Auction #202 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1553 in auction 202
Item Description
First is 4x5" embossed tin depicting young girl seated on a potty. On the base at right is a pair of thumb grips which when pushed rises up her body and a small mouse comes to the top of the pot. Only markings are "D.R.G.M. Germany." Light paint wear on the ruffles of her skirt and tiny bit off the tip of her nose but overall still a very nice Fine example. Second is a 2x3.5" chubby man marked "CKO/Made In Germany/234." There is a small pin on the back so the piece can be worn. At lower part of his right arm is a loop where an original string has been replaced by a nylon thread and when this is pulled his hat comes to the side revealing a head greatly extended upward to basically the same height as his hat. Couple of tan small marks on the paint and tiny rubs but Fine condition. Both c. 1930's.
