2.5x3" litho tin with tiny text "Made In Germany/Goly No.219." Reverse mechanism activates dentist who's upper body flies to the left rapidly extracting a huge tooth from the patient's mouth. Paint is not particularly glossy but nearly 100% complete and displays VF.
