2" dia. with text quoted in our title appearing above a serial number "1395" with this above additional text "Motor Vehicle Bicycle Law 1913." Metal has one small hole as made and a second hole near .25" which was probably enlarge from its original size. Reverse has stamp of maker Greenduck. Light wear but displays Exc. The earliest dated item we have seen for a "Motor Bicycle."
