Item Description
c.1966 exclusive to the Japanese market. 1x3x6" wide thin cardboard box has choice art on front with Batman leaping off rock and grabbing boat steering wheel as Robin laughs. Made by Imai #Y50. Box is for model “A” boat that had rubber band motor. Box front is creased in 1.5" area at top. Bright color and Fine. 4.5" long plastic boat is neatly assembled and includes separate tiny heads of Batman and Robin and tail fin on top of back designed like batwing. Boat is a different model from this company and just a stationery boat with no motor as made. Boat is N.Mint. Box and boat are great for display. From the Saul Ferris Collection.
