c.1966. Exclusive to the Japanese market. .25x1 1/8x2" tall illustrated paper sleeve has nice image on front with Batman .75" figure wearing green shirt and blue tights. Menko is a Japanese card game played by two or more players. It is also the name of the type of cards used to play the game. Sleeve contains complete deck of 13 cards. Rice paper wrapper is rarely found with cards. Wrapper has tiny bit of edge wear. VF. Cards are N.Mint. Interesting designs. From the Saul Ferris Collection.
