3.5x4x3.5" tall painted and glazed ceramic depicting Donald w/somewhat angry expression on his face lying and resting his head on one hand. c. 1940. One of just two Donald figurines produced by Brayton (see previous item #2513). A figurine in similar pose was also produced by American Pottery/Shaw but depicted him resting his head on right rather than left hand as this piece does. Great image. Exc.
