3.5" dia. by .75" thick with green plush on the underside intended to clean 78rpm records. Brush has about eight small .25" areas where the plush was removed by insects but well over 90% remaining. The celluloid top is totally clean with just trivial wear in reflected light but still displaying Mint. Issued by a Chester, PA firm with their address, phone number and text "Holiday Greetings." Rare.
