Item Description
16" tall stuffed doll with velveteen body, oilcloth eyes/beak/feet, felt buttons and tongue plus hat with tassel. c. 1936. Attached at one wrist is two-sided cardboard tag reading "Walt Disney Silly Symphony Toys/Donald Duck" along w/company name. Creases and wear, VG. Doll has typical all-over moderate trace of aging and slight blue color fade. Right side of face has 1" split in the oilcloth. .5" split at one ankle. Overall VG and still a very displayable example of this classic doll. From the Michael J. Stern Collection.
