Item Description
36x54" c.1967. General Electric sponsored the Carousel of Progress which originated at the 1964 World’s Fair. Top of poster includes text “From the Good Old Days...To The Possible Present” with large art image in center of 1880s style woman ironing at left and modern man at right seated in chair holding folder with large city scene outside window. This attraction lasted at Disneyland until September 9, 1973. It moved to Walt Disney World for a short while afterward. Poster has some handling creases with tiny bit of wear along extreme left and right side edges. Image area will mat and frame to N.Exc. appearance. Great for display.
