Text on the button relates to fraternal group Knights of Pythias with the initials in the text standing for sub-group Dramatic Order Knights of Khorassan. Text on the button reads "Cashmere Temple No. 37, D.O.K.K. Reading, Pa. 1913." Essentially Mint. Only example we've seen. Morry Greener Collection.
