Item Description
2-7/8x3.75" envelope showing tan aging and small wear, mostly on reverse, reads at center "Welcome G.A.R." with upper left address "Atlantic City Electric Co/Atlantic City, N.J." The original 2x3-7/16" stiff card also shows some age and repeats the company name. The button is 1" with collet holding 1.25" American flag. Pictured is mermaid holding light bulb in one hand and with a cord extending to the other hand. Text reads "Welcome G.A.R., Sept., 19-24, 1910." A few very faint gray marks on extreme rim. Still VF.
